3. Digital Products & Downloads

When purchasing digital files (music, images, storybooks, apps, games, etc.):

• You receive a personal usage license only
• You do not own the IP rights
• You cannot resell, upload, or publicly distribute or republish

4. Music Player & Audio Content

Music and audio content used in the FablePals ecosystem is for private listening only.
You may not:

• repost publicly
• remix
• stream elsewhere
• use commercially
• use in video uploads without permission

5. Physical Merchandise

When physical merchandise is sold (toys, plushies, apparel, collectibles, etc.), all branding and character likeness remain property of Reseed Estate LLP.

Purchasing a product does not grant any commercial usage rights.

6. Website Use

You agree not to:

• misuse or hack the site
• reverse-engineer site code
• circumvent purchasing systems
• use content in AI training datasets
• scrape content for reproduction

8. Refunds

Physical products:
